Mustafa Yıldız

Dentist Mustafa Yıldız was born in Zonguldak and completed his secondary education at Zonguldak Science High School. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Health Sciences and qualified as a dentist.

His professional interests focus particularly on occlusion, restorative dentistry, function-oriented treatment planning and comprehensive oral rehabilitation.

He considers occlusion not only as the way teeth contact each other, but as part of a broader system involving the masticatory muscles, temporomandibular joints, existing restorations and overall chewing function. For this reason, his restorative treatment planning evaluates function and biological tissue preservation together with aesthetic considerations.

His clinical approach is influenced by the principles described by Dawson and Okeson. He particularly applies systematic assessment in cases involving tooth wear, occlusal irregularities, extensive restorative requirements and functional problems.

A central principle of his practice is to preserve healthy dental tissue whenever possible, avoid unnecessary intervention and develop appropriate treatment options according to the individual clinical needs of each patient.
