After completing his dental education at Near East University, he continued his academic and clinical development in implantology. He completed a two-year postgraduate implantology programme in Luxembourg and received Master of Science (MSc) education in Periodontology and Implantology.

His clinical practice is predominantly focused on implant surgery and implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation. His experience includes more than 5,000 dental implant placements per year and over 100 zygomatic implant procedures in the field of advanced implant surgery.

He has a particular clinical interest in patients with severe bone loss, complete edentulism and anatomical conditions that may make conventional implant treatment more challenging.

Zygomatic Implant Surgery

In some patients with severe bone loss in the upper jaw, there may not be sufficient bone volume for conventional dental implant placement. When the patient's anatomical and systemic conditions are suitable, zygomatic implants may be considered as one of the surgical options for implant-supported fixed rehabilitation of the severely atrophic maxilla.

With clinical experience involving more than 100 zygomatic implant procedures, Dentist Abdulkadir Aslan continues to work with complex full-arch rehabilitation protocols in which zygomatic implants may be combined with conventional or pterygoid implants.

All-on-4, All-on-6 and Full-Arch Rehabilitation

For patients with complete tooth loss or cases in which the remaining teeth cannot be predictably maintained, All-on-4, All-on-6 and individually planned full-arch implant rehabilitation may be considered following clinical and radiological assessment.

In suitable cases where adequate primary stability and the necessary clinical criteria are achieved, an immediate loading protocol may be considered. Depending on the individual case, this approach may allow a fixed provisional restoration to be planned shortly after implant surgery.

These protocols are not suitable for every patient. The number and position of implants, surgical approach and prosthetic treatment plan are determined individually following a comprehensive clinical and radiological assessment.

Complex Full-Arch Rehabilitation

Advanced implantology involves considerably more than the surgical placement of dental implants. Particularly in full-arch rehabilitation, integrating surgical and prosthetic planning is an important part of the treatment process.

In his treatment planning, Dentist Abdulkadir Aslan evaluates bone anatomy, soft tissues, masticatory function, occlusion, aesthetic expectations and the requirements of the planned final prosthetic restoration together.

Digital Implant Planning

Where clinically indicated, three-dimensional radiological imaging and digital planning methods may be used during implant treatment planning. These assessments can help evaluate available bone volume, relevant anatomical structures and the relationship between implant positions and the planned prosthetic restoration.
